“I sat with one of my spiritual counselors and great elder Nana Kwabena Brown to get some needed help and guidance. We, through spiritual means, addressed the issues I was dealing with and pledged to do the spiritual work necessary to find the solution to once again be healthy.
Before then, I had just wanted to quit.
Brothas get with someone who is qualified and with whom you can trust. Let your spirit guide you.
We all need help.”
